Tips ergonomics:

• Maintain the height of the desk like elbow user seated.
• The height of the chair should allow your knees are bent at 90 degrees with your feet flat on the floor.
• The chair should be at the beginning of the dorsal region, supporting the lumbar region without pressing it.
• If the chair does not have armrests, the table must have space to support them.
• The eyes of computer user should be at least 30 cm from the monitor, and the ideal is 65cm.
